Three ways to book

How to book

Choose whichever suits you. Either way, we'll call you to confirm a time.

Give us a call

You'll speak with Eva or Sara, our clinic managers. They'll help you choose a clinic and a time that suits you.

Fill in the form

The online form takes a few minutes. Tell us what the visit is for, which clinic, and when you're free.

Ask about home visits

We can also come to you. Home visits are free, at home or in aged care.

After you get in touch

What happens after you book

Here's how it works.

  1. 01

    Call or book online

Give us a call or send the form. You're welcome to book for a parent or your partner.

  2. 02

    We'll call to confirm

Eva or Sara will call you with a time, from 03 9521 6118. We can also confirm by text or email.

  3. 03

    We'll check your funding

Tell us if you hold a Pensioner Concession Card or Veteran card. We'll check what help may apply.

  4. 04

    What to bring along

Bring any concession card and hearing aids you wear. If you have a GP referral, bring that too.

  5. 05

    Your visit with us

Your audiologist checks your hearing and explains the results. There's no pressure to decide anything on the day.

Questions about booking

Do I need a GP referral to book?

No, you don't. But some Medicare rebates do require a GP referral.

Can I book for my mother or father?

Yes. Give us a call with their details and tell us what you've noticed. You're welcome to come along to the appointment too.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Just give us a call and we'll find another time. It's no trouble. If something comes up on the day, let us know.

Is the first appointment free?

A hearing screening is free for adults 25 and over. A full hearing assessment is $130.

Can I have my appointment in Italian?

Yes. Orlando speaks Italian. Ask for him when you call, or say so on the form. We'll find a day he's near you.
