About our Hampton clinic
Hampton is our own clinic, at 271 Hampton Street near the bay. It's one of two clinics where we remove earwax, along with Moonee Ponds. Hearing tests and hearing aids happen here too.
Julian and Orlando own Apex and remain closely involved in client care. No one on our team is paid commission. We fit all major brands.

Do I need a referral to book at Hampton?
No, you don't. But some Medicare rebates do require a GP referral, so bring it along if you have one.
Who will I see at Hampton?
One of our audiologists. Wherever possible, you'll see the same person each visit. If Italian is easier, ask for Orlando. We'll find a day close to you.
What days is the Hampton clinic open?

What does a visit to Hampton cost?
A hearing screening at Hampton is free for adults 25 and over. We'll tell you the assessment fee when you book. There's no fee for follow-up visits.
Can I have earwax removed at Hampton?
Yes, for adults 18 and over. We remove earwax by micro-suction at Hampton. It's $130. If we find no wax to remove, it's $60. Use only CleanEars spray beforehand.
