Orlando is an excellent audiologist. The test was done quickly, with a minimum of fuss. He explained the results with great clarity then all the options were explained carefully. At no point was there any pressure to buy hearing aids.

From the audiologists to the receptionists, the whole team are fantastic. Warm, incredibly helpful and making the whole process seamless and easy. I have been taking my elderly mum to Apex for many years now and the genuine care and attention they have provided mum (and me) has been exemplary.
